Payment Terms:
 

1. Payment can be made through the following ways:
a)    Cash payment at Management Office during office hour ; 
b)    Crossed cheque “A/C Payee Only” and made payable to BADAN PENGURUSAN BERSAMA IMPERIA ;
c)    Online Transfer / Direct Deposit into our Maintenance Fund Account with MAYBANK BERHAD (Account No.: 5016-1907-0242), Swift Code: MBBEMYKL
 

2. Please email the bank-in / remittance slip to hello@imperia.org.my with your unit number and invoice number.
 

3. Late Payment Interest (LPI) of 10% per annum will be imposed on all overdue invoice (maintenance charges, sinking fund, quit rent, fire insurance and water charges etc.) Kindly clear your charges timely to avoid any LPI.
 

4. We shall be grateful if you let us have payments as soon as possible. Any discrepancy in the statement of account must be reported to us in writing within 10 days. 
 

5. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
