Complaints procedure - what do I do if I have a complaint e.g. about the common areas

2. You can complete our complaints form below.

 

3. You can contact the building manager by calling the management office on 07-509 7776.

 

4. You can contact individual Joint Management Committee members: simply email to hello@imperia.org.my and request to forward to the respective committee member you wish to contact.
